  • Rode recommends use in air temperatures from 0C to + 3C
  • Great as a kicking klister on its own in fine grained wet snow, even new snow. Best if used with a binder, either Rode Violet Special, or Chola
  • When tracks are glazing quickly, this can be a great wax to mix in with stick waxes in new snow. If snow is drifting into the tracks, use a hard wax cover
  • In cold and icy snow where a violet klister isn’t quite gripping because the tracks are glassing up from moisture, try mixing a bit of Rode Rossa Special into a mix, or putting a very slight smear on top
