Updated Mounting Bracket
The mounting bracket for MEGA Live 2 has been updated with more precise adjustment capabilities and an improved, more stable locking mechanism. The transducer can be set to downward, forward, or horizontal modes and mounted on bow-mounted trolling motors (select models), TargetLock INSERT LINK, or a separate MEGA transducer mount.
Target Boost
Target Boost is a new mode optimized for landscape view, making it easier to detect fish and bait in midwater layers.
Simultaneous Use of Multiple Transducers
It is now possible to use two transducers simultaneously in the same boat network. The updated network system supports two MEGA Live 2 transducers. Displaying data from both transducers requires two sonar displays. The live transducer source is selected from one device and can be shared across displays via the network. Both MEGA Live 1 and MEGA Live 2 can be displayed simultaneously on different screens (not in split view).
Features That Simplify Use
With an external directional transducer (AS GPS HS N2K), you can place waypoints directly on the MEGA Live view in areas of interest, making it easy to revisit specific spots.
Thanks to the new, intuitive sonar operating system and Cross Touch touchscreen features, you can quickly adjust distance and sensitivity directly on the screen.
The MEGA Live 2 Transducer connects directly to the Ethernet network port, either on the sonar display or a network hub, without requiring a separate sonar module.
