The Z-Man DoormatadorZ 5 inch are a new smaller size of the DoormatadorZ scented soft plastic curly tail grub designed specifically for fluke/flounder fishing in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast US.
The long ribbon-tail profile of the bait does an excellent job of matching some of the most common forage found in this region, including squid, sand eels, herring, and other common baitfish. The 10X Tough ElaZtech material the bait is made from is also incredibly durable, and can easily withstand repeated strikes, even from toothy predator gamefish. The ElaZtech material is also naturally buoyant and the tail is super-soft, providing life-like action even when the bait is stopped on the bottom.
Further increasing the attractiveness of the bait, DoormatadorZ are dosed with a heavy helping of Pro Cure’s Flounder Pounder Super Gel scent. All told, DoormatadorZ easily live-up to their namesake when it comes to attracting doormat-sized fluke and flounder. Add to your favorite bucktail jigs, heavy lead-heads, dropper-rigs, other bottom fishing set-ups amenable to artificial baits and hold on!
